Gina has spent the better part of her life obsessed with food and wine. Born into a boisterous Italian family where cooking and eating were ingrained in her DNA like white on Arborio rice—she’s never at a loss for conversation about eating, drinking cooking, restaurants and anything associated with those endeavors. Based in Tampa by way of Miami, her blog, ZEST: The Florida Foodie Insider’s Guide, ( documents her gastronomic adventures across Florida. ZEST gives travelers easy access to delicious food that’s a little bit off the beaten path and miles away from the many chains and tourist traps that proliferate Florida’s landscape.

Gina is the food columnist for Panache Vue magazine, and writes for various publications, including Restaurant Hospitality magazine. She also commits time and energy to several local non-profit groups focused on preventing domestic violence and child abuse and is licensed to practice law.
